1 cup coconut water

1 cup blueberries

10-15 mint leaves

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
For IBD-AID, strictures or flares, pour the smoothie through a strainer.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
The smoothie will gel if you leave it out too long.

Notes

This mixture can also be easily used to make popsicles by pouring it into molds and freezing them for at least 4 hours. For IBD-AID phase II, strain the smoothie to remove the blueberry skin pieces.
